Hey Y’all! My name is Laykin Milton, and I am the founder of Falling In Love With Fitness. I created this blog to give a glimpse into my weight loss and fitness journey. I started my journey at the beginning of my freshman year at Belmont University. In the past, I had tried countless training plans and diets to lose weight, but nothing ever worked because it was miserable. That first semester in college, I decided that something needed to change to improve my health, but I was determined to enjoy the process. Since then, I have lost over 100 pounds without misery. I found workouts that I enjoyed and new recipes that were not only good for me, but also tasted amazing. Over time, I realized I was not the only person who was feeling this way on a fitness journey. Falling In Love With Fitness was created to show other women who struggle with fitness that they are not alone and there is more than one way to improve their physical wellness!
